Masters return process
We can arrange UK mainland based courier collection for unwanted orders at our standard collection charge of £6.95.
Alternatively, you can arrange your own courier at your own cost. Please note, masters are not liable for any lost shipments sent through third party couriers; and we recommend that all returns sent via arranged couriers are properly insured for loss and damage.
We will cover the return postage or cover incurred return postage costs on items (up to our standard return collection charge of £6.95) if:
- you received an incorrect item
- you received a damaged item
- you received a defective item
- you received an item that does not match its description
Return conditions:
All returns must be in the exact condition in which you received it, undamaged, in original unopened packaging and in a resellable condition.
Please clearly mark all the return orders with the following address:

Please include your Masters account ID, company name & address and the reason for the return with the order. Failure to include this information with the returned order will delay processing the refund.
