Masters return process
We can arrange UK mainland based courier collection for unwanted orders at our standard collection charge of £10 per box.
Alternatively, you can arrange your own courier at your own cost. Please note, Masters are not liable for any lost shipments sent through third party couriers; and we recommend that all returns sent via arranged couriers are properly insured for loss and damage.
Please contact your Area Retail Consultant or our Customer Service team if:
- you have received an incorrect item
- you have received a damaged item
- you have received a defective item
- you have received an item that does not match its description
Return conditions:
All returns must be in the exact condition in which they have been received, undamaged, in original unopened packaging and in a re-sellable condition.
Please clearly mark all the return orders with the following address:
